I am responsible for executing the strategic goals of a hotel, ensuring that all the team performing inline with company & hotel goals, being first people for handling and ensure the proper functioning of a property, directly influencing the overall performance and business results.

Day to day supervision

use an eagle’s eye overlooking all the different aspects of the hotel’s service and product to maintain the highest standards possible. Provide clear guidance to overcome daily operational matters
